A few useful answers
Can I use these files on an embroidery machine?
SVG and PNG are artwork formats, not stitch instructions. A digitizer must convert and test your artwork in suitable machine embroidery software before production.
Does customizing a photo recreate its exact embroidery?
No. Collection photographs are visual inspiration. The editor creates original vector motifs in a similar style, not an automatic tracing of the photograph.
How do I restore a backup?
Go to My designs and choose Import. You can import an individual exported design JSON or the collection backup from this page. Imported designs are added as new copies.
